If no one knows who the whistleblower is, how did Twitter know what posts to delete and users to ban?

Even John Roberts claimed he had NO IDEA WHO THE WHISTLEBLOWER WAS, YET HE DID NOT ALLOW A MEMBER OF COUNSEL TO MENTION THE NAME ERIC CIARAMELLA.

IF JOHN ROBERTS WAS TELLING THE TRUTH AND DID NOT KNOW WHO THE WHISTLEBLOWER WAS, HOW WOULD HE KNOW TO STOP A LAWYER FROM SAYING THE NAME “ERIC CIARAMELLA”
