People are dying. We're still giving Ukraine stuff to fight the war.

So, I'm not sure why you're focusing on Biden or Harris.

He still has almost two more months to go, so maybe he WILL do that.

But of course he said that before Biden took steps to ESCALATE the war and make it tougher for Trump to end it. So I’d say given how Biden is working to make the war less likely to end, let’s give Trump two extra months: end of March 2025.

He didn't say he would END the war before he got into office, he said he would SETTLE (i.e. get both sides to some sort of an agreement to a cessation of hostilities) it, whether he can accomplish that still remains to be seen, after all he's not even in office yet.
