Do you remember the name Aaron Van Langevelde? He was a Repub member of the MI state board of canvassers in 2020. The body with the authority to certify the state's election of the winning presidential candidate. The state Repub party chairman wanted him to delay the certification of the election in MI for Biden without cause. Never mind that Trump lost by more than 154,000 votes, or that results were already certified in all 83 counties. Van Langevelde refused.
“We must not attempt to exercise power we simply don’t have,” declared Van Langevelde, a member of Michigan’s board of state canvassers, the ministerial body with sole authority to make official Joe Biden’s victory over Trump. “As John Adams once said, we are a government of laws, not men. This board needs to adhere to that principle here today. This board must do its part to uphold the rule of law and comply with our legal duty to certify this election.”

What is happening within the POT is the Aaron Van Langevelde's are being drummed out in favor of Repubs like the party chairman. In favor of election deniers. Men and women who are clearly not interested in free and fair elections. They are interested in Trump winning no matter what the voters want.
