What makes it work is -- Health Insurance is REQUIRED. Even if you're just visiting, you have to show proof of Health Insurance. That is how the enemy of all insurance is stopped. No sucking the system dry, you have PRIVATE Health Insurance in Switzerland -- Or else. And you really don't want to go to a Swiss Prison. It gets really cold there.

For those who can't afford it, the Swiss government DOES NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH INSURANCE, like our backwards-assed system does. Instead, the government will buy a Private Policy for you.

But you know what really makes the Swiss system work? They don't have dimocrap scum polluting, stealing, mooching and grifting off the system.

Insurance is "Area Rated". It's real simple, they takes it in with one hand and they pays it out with the other. In between are Administrative costs. Usually around 20%. They don't make all that much money off the Risk itself. They make their money off of -- The Money. Insurance Companies handle BILLIONS. Billions upon Billions of dollars. When a gigantic Company needs a 25 Billion Dollar loan, they often go to an Insurance Company. Insurance Companies are financial organizations. A Bank would shit all over itself . I doubt they even have an actuary. And I'm not even sure if a Bank is allowed to lend to certain entities. Nevermind. It's way too complicated for you.

Ever wonder why Insurance, of ALL kinds, is much, MUCH more expensive in areas predominantly lived in and occupied by dimocrap scum? Of course you haven't. What's wrong with me..... But, it is.

It's more in New Yawk Shitty than it is in the Countryside. And don't bring up Doctors. Health Insurance is MUCH cheaper in Raleigh North Carolina (home of a Top 5 Med School) than NYShitty.

I have to wait weeks for procedures from the VA that I can get done in a few days on the outside. I don't worry about it too often because nothing's been that important yet.

The VA left it in me for 22 weeks. Stuck in my Ureter. I think it contributed to my CKD.

I finally had to go to a Private Doctor to get it removed.

I'm at the top of the pyramid. I am the most important resident in the USA. I am a Disabled Veteran. A Service Related Disabled Veteran.
