This has to do with the fact that big government is horrendously inefficient and easily corrupted, just like any big business (our State and Federal governments are the biggest business in the world). Once the national debt hits a certain point, Alabama citizens will lose their property, freedom and will essentially become slaves to whoever holds that debt (China and several globalist elites).

The MAGA plan is to free the people of Alabama and the rest of the country from this debt slavery.

Borrow and spend has been the GOP watchword ever since Reagan.

Trump paid for his tax cut with 100% borrowed money.
