they dont need it to 60 there is only two reasons to go over the limit needed for fuel for civilian use one is nuclear weapons and the other is some medical uses. If they needed it for medical, they wouldnt be stockpiling it and working to increase the percent.

As a person I'm not happy with Trump at all, but as president I was going to say that I was about ninety percent happy with him until I learned that he's letting the government spy on innocent people. Now,... I honestly don't know. I'm happy with the Iranian war he just needs to finish it.
