Filed by Austin Bennett who is fighting the good fight for the Republic filed for a recall of Pan along with 76 others in District 6 California.

The petition read, "You are hereby charged with high treason for betraying your oath to defend and protect the U.S. and state Constitution."[1] According to The Sacramento Bee, the petition "also alleges Pan disregarded the dangers of vaccines and violated a physician’s Hippocratic Oath to 'first do no harm.'

Supporters of the recall needed to collect approximately 61,224 valid signatures to force a recall election. Pan claims this is intimation tactics...."intimidation and harassment that families and doctors who stand up for public health". That's rich since Pan pushed for the law that doctors are to be arrested if they write over five exemptions from vaccines. A child will be injured by a vaccine 8 times before the parent can get a medical exemption according to Pan's law. Just one vaccine can do a lifetime's worth of irreparable damage.

For those interested this poor soul worked as a volunteer for Richard Pan for 7 years. Too bad he had to learn the hard way. Do y'all know China banned the Prevnar vaccine in 2015 but it is still damaging people here and listed as an approved vaccine on CDC's website.

There are such things as conservative Democrats. I know that the socialist/marxist/communist have been gaining a lot of ground but I do believe that there is a lot of outside money in that push and the people will eventually get their decent Democrats back until then many will just keep leaving the Democrats in favor of Republicans if the fascist remain in control in Democrat marxist and communist minded strongholds like California.

Austin Bennett is being gaslighted at every turn as big pharma tries to maintain its stranglehold in California. He's even been accused of being a big pharma candidate.
