1.Even for God, boredom is not to be accepted, and, rather than be bored watching robots perform and carry out his orders, watching his creations trying to destroy Him is a suffering He is willing to accept. Hence, the existence of Marxists, Maoists, Nazis, ....and Democrats.

God gave man two gifts: intelligence, and free will. And with that free will, a segment of mankind has turned on God, entering the service of God’s eternal enemy.
The Judeo-Christian concepts found in the Bible were the cornerstones of Western Civilization, but that rebellion came early-on:

“Nicolaus Copernicus was the father of the heliocentric model—the belief that the planets revolve around the sun—which ignited a scientific revolution in the 1500s that entirely obliterated the Church’s long-held teaching that mankind occupied the center of God’s universe. His discovery was condemned by the Church for three centuries, but the damage had been”
Dan Brown, Origin

And “in our lifetime, the myths of religion would be all but demolished by scientific breakthroughs.”

The very opposite is the case.

I’ll prove it in this thread.
Of course, Democrat supporters, lacking self-awareness, will be offended.

I have seven or eight more posts prepared for this thread....I hope you will give you opinion later, Browny.

If one considers Judean-Christain religion not fiction I suppose.

2. The forces allied against God, against tradition, against rules of civilization, have had great triumphs. Darwin posited an eloquent theory for man’s creation without the assistance of God.
It is a theory that has never been proven, which, ironically, makes it’s acceptance rely on the same thing that religion relies on: faith.

But trumpeting Darwin’s theory by what we call the Left, has allowed many to believe it to be accepted as fact.

Marx, proceeding on so-called ‘scientific socialism,’ needed a way to use science against his greatest foe, religion. And Darwin provided that.

One of the first readers of 'On the Origin of Species' was Friedrich Engels, then living in Manchester. He wrote to Karl Marx: "Darwin, by the way, whom I’m reading just now, is absolutely splendid. There was one aspect of teleology that had yet to be demolished, and that has now been done. Never before has so grandiose an attempt been made to demonstrate historical evolution in Nature, and certainly never to such good effect."
Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, "Marx-Engels Collected Works" , vol. 40, p. 441.

Government school forces the easily led to accept Darwin's theory of a fact, a knife through the heart of traditional religion.

The forces of hatred took a giant leap forward under Democrat Roosevelt!

3. In so very many ways, the Socialist Saint and Godfather of the Democrats, Franklin Roosevelt, damaged America beyond repair.
FDR put Hugo Black on the Supreme Court.
And here is the source of Hugo Black’s use of the phrase ‘separation of church and state,’ his office in the Ku Klux Klan.

Hugo Black's anti-Catholic bias, which showed up in his actions on the Supreme Court:

"... Black was head of new members for the largest Klan cell in the South. New members of the KKK had to pledge their allegiance to the “eternal separation of Church and State.”... Separation was a crucial part of the KKK’s jurisprudential agenda. It was included in the Klansman’s Creed..."
Hugo Black and the real history of "the wall of separation between church and state"]

America was created with the Bible and religion as a requirement, yet due to Hugo Black and the Democrats, these were erased from the public's view.

BTW.....the KKK leader was Democrat Franklin Roosevelt's first Supreme Court nominee.
And FDR and Stalin were BFFs.

4. The Roosevelt Democrats, the neo-Marxists, took control of the party, and the schools and the media, it played perfectly for the religion haters.

"Over the past several decades, the progressive Left has successfully fulfilled Antonio Gramsci’s famed admonition of a “long march through the institutions”. In almost every Western country, its adherents now dominate the education system, media, cultural institutions, and financial behemoths."

The result is this, from one government school grad:
“Evolution is a fact!”

Consider that ‘fact’ in light of this actual fact:

"And let us dispose of a common misconception. The complete transmutation of even one animal species into a different species has never been directly observed either in the laboratory or in the field." Dean H. Kenyon (Professor of Biology, San Francisco State University), affidavit presented to the U.S. Supreme Court, No. 85-1513, Brief of Appellants, prepared under the direction of William J. Guste, Jr., Attorney General of the State of Louisiana, October 1985, p. A-16.

Faith....not fact.

Leftism/totalitarianism/Marxism/Fascism/Nazism/Democrat agenda…..all are part of a religion, and all are based on faith as is the founding religion of America.
They just happen to be anti-America faiths.

5. The protagonist in Dan Brown’s novel, “Origin,’ represents every Leftist from the French Revolution, to the Russian version, to the Democrats of today. This is their motto:

"Just because any religious idea, any idea of any god at all, any flirtation even with a god, is the most inexpressible foulness, particularly tolerantly (and often even favourably) accepted by the democratic bourgeoisie—for that very reason it is the most dangerous foulness, the most shameful “infection.” A million physical sins, dirty tricks, acts of violence and infections are much more easily discovered by the crowd, and therefore are much less dangerous, than the nubile, spiritual idea of god, dressed up in the most attractive “ideological” costumes." Letter from Lenin to Maxim Gorky, Written on November 13 or 14, 1913 Lenin 55. TO MAXIM GORKY

What is their point of reference?

If goodness is personified as God, then evil is personified as the Devil.....and Karl Marx, Marxism, all the variations of socialism represent the opposite of what the Bible states as the value of human life. Those Marxist views are responsible for over 170 million deaths of innocent human being.
The current Democrat Party is one more iteration of that. And the main doctrines of the Democrats, infanticide, racism, censorship, crime, socialism, and injury to America as well as Americans, serve the interests of the Devil.

Could there be a simpler explanation?

6. The Left’s claim is that advances in science have proven religion nothing but superstition. Of course this is simply one more of the Left’s lies. The two, have actually converged, rather than diverged. And it is science that has moved closer to the other. (I believe Berlinski said that)

Dennis Prager writes: “In my lifetime alone, science went from positing a universe that always existed to positing a universe that had a beginning (the Big Bang). So, in just one generation [the Bible], in describing a beginning to the universe, went from conflicting with science to agreeing with science….[The Bible] should not violate essential truths (for example, it accurately depicts human beings as the last creation).”

“Francis S. Collins, the former director of the Human Genome Project, discussed why he believes religion and science are compatible and why the current conflict over evolution vs. faith, particularly in the evangelical community, is unnecessary. Collins, an evangelical Christian, talked about his path from atheism to Christianity and his belief that science provides evidence of God. He cited the Big Bang theory and the fact that the universe had a beginning out of nothing. He added that the laws of physics have precisely the values needed for life to occur on earth and argued that would seem to point to a creator.” Religion and Science: Conflict or Harmony?

“Today, 40% of all scientists believe in a personal God! Theology and science are closer together than in the past several centuries.”

1. The Left's claim that religion is superstition keeps getting battered. The Left trying to explain the "Big Bang" using only science is hilarious. Imagine trying to explain how everything in our universe came into existence thru an aperture about the size of an atom in an instant, from nothing. How can anything, let alone the energy/matter of our universe come from "nothing"? It can't, duh.

2. A burst of pure energy expanded and created a universe with parameters so precise that random chance has to be eliminated. Bernard Haisch has several interesting books explaining some of the ways the universe and religion are compatible. Bernard was a Catholic seminarian before he became an astro-physicist.

Yup!

7. You automatically attribute integrity to "scientists"????
Didn't you learn enough during the Wuhan Hoax???

Some scientists admit that they make stories up to slander religion:

Professor Richard Lewontin, a geneticist (and self-proclaimed Marxist), is certainly one of the world’s leaders in evolutionary biology. He wrote this very revealing comment: “‘We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of its failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism.” Lewontin explains why one must accept absurdities: “…we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door.”

While other scientists advance clearly false theories to erase a belief in God:

Yet even the Leftist astrophysicists will make the absurd claim.

There is prominent scientist, Lawrence Krauss, "... an American theoretical physicist andcosmologist...known as an advocate of the public understanding of science, ...and works to reduce the impact of superstition and religious dogma in pop culture. He is also the author of several bestselling books, includingThe Physics of Star Trek and A Universe from Nothing."
Lawrence M. Krauss - Wikipedia the free encyclopedia

Krauss has said "we all, literally, emerged from quantum nothingness..."
Clearly an attempt to avoid the central question of where did the universe come from. Where are the quantum rules that imply a universe that must appear out of the void? Can any come up with a few examples where something has come from nothing?

The very opposite of scientific principles.
Matter can change form through physical and chemical changes, but through any of these changes matter is conserved. The same amount of matter exists before and after the change—none is created or destroyed. This concept is called the Law of Conservation of Mass.

Science comes to agree with the Bible!!!!!!!!!

8. Another scientist, Palmer, wrote a book about the astounding accuracy of the Bible, 3 thousand years ago, stating the order of the evolution of life on or planet….exactly the presentation that science now accepts as the fact.

Dr. Andrew Palmer, Oxford biologist, whose book, "The Genesis Enigma," states that the writer of the book of Genesis provides an uncannily similar synopsis of the events in the creation as compared to that accepted by modern science today.

Rather than ridicule the Bible, those very same secular, atheistic scientists have come around to accept the very order that the Old Testament claimed was the course of creation:

The idea of the miraculous confluence of the first chapter of Genesis and the sequence advanced by modern science is as follows:

a. The Old Testament was written, although not compiled, almost three millennia ago. It is extraordinary that the writer of the creation account in Genesis, chapter one, got it right in his exposition of the series of events: his sequence turns out to be scientifically accurate in terms of contemporary knowledge.

b. From a water covered planet, to terrestrial life. The images in that writer’s mind of how our planet and life came to be must have seemed curious for the knowledge and experience of the time! Yet….he presented it as though it had been dictated to him, as though he had been spoken to by God.

c. If it is not evidence for the God, then the author of Genesis 1, or Moses, perhaps, must have understood that the universe formed first, …then the seas appeared on earth, …and that life forms were photosynthetic.

d. Following that, he had to have realized that an eye evolved in an early animal in the geological past, which triggered the evolution of all the major groups of animals that exist today.

e. Still further, he must have felt that all of this occurred in the seas, before animals moved onto land, and only when they did move out of the water did mammals and birds evolve.

The above largely from chapter nine of zoologist Andrew Parker’s “The Genesis Enigma.”

Wow! What an incredibly lucky guess! What a considerable stroke of good fortune!

Or…an alternative explanation: divine intervention.

9. Archeology in the Middle East confirms much of the Bible’s history. This week, a story in the Western Journal:

“Sodom and Gomorrah: Researchers May Have Found Evidence of God's Wrath in Middle Eastern City

In the book of Genesis, God destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah because of their utter wickedness. … new research may provide tangible proof.

According to an article published in The Conversation, hundreds of researchers have been excavating an ancient Middle Eastern city now called Tall el-Hammam. … it was covered in about five feet of charcoal, ash and melted material. The location of Tall el-Hamman near the Dead Sea is very similar to the description of Sodom in Genesis.

“It’s possible that an oral description of the city’s destruction may have been handed down for generations until it was recorded as the story of Biblical Sodom,” the researchers said.” Sodom and Gomorrah: Researchers May Have Found Evidence of God's Wrath in Middle Eastern City

“in our lifetime, the myths of religion would be all but demolished by scientific breakthroughs.”

The truth is quite the opposite….in a number of areas, including archaeology. “The reality is that no archaeological discovery has ever contradicted those aspects of the biblical record that can be corroborated by archeological means.”

10. “Archaeology does add to our understanding of the Bible. With the unearthing of ancient artifacts in the Near East, many archaeologists have seen the need to take a fresh look at the biblical account. The reality is that no archaeological discovery has ever contradicted those aspects of the biblical record that can be corroborated by archeological means. Steven Ortiz, professor of archaeology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and director of the Charles D. Tandy Institute for Archaeology, teaches that when irregularities occur, or conflicts arise between the findings of archaeology and the Bible, it has turned out that it is our interpretation of scripture that needed correcting. That’s a lesson worth remembering.

There are many reputable books and magazine articles that show how archaeology confirms the historicity of the biblical record. A 2014 article in Biblical Archaeology Review summarizes the archaeological evidence for the existence of 53 biblical characters (click here to read it). An article in the archaeology journal Bible and Spade provides the following list of archaeological findings that verify the historical and cultural accuracy of the Bible:

The palace at Jericho where Eglon, king of Moab, was assassinated by Ehud (Judges 3:15-30).

The east gate of Shechem where Gaal and Zebul watched the forces of Abimelech approach the city (Judges 9:34-38).

The Temple of Baal/El-Berith in Shechem, where funds were obtained to finance Abimelech’s kingship, and where the citizens of Shechem took refuge when Abimelech attacked the city (Judges 9:4, 46-49).

The pool of Gibeon where the forces of David and Ishbosheth fought during the struggle for the kingship of Israel (2 Sam. 2:12-32).

The Pool of Heshbon, likened to the eyes of the Shulammite woman (Song of Songs 7:4).

The royal palace at Samaria where the kings of Israel lived (1 Kings 20:43; 21:1; 22:39; 2 Kings 1:2; 15:25).

The Pool of Samaria where King Ahab’s chariot was washed after his death (1 Kings 22:29-38).

The water tunnel beneath Jerusalem dug by King Hezekiah to provide water during the Assyrian siege (2 Kings 20:20; 2 Chron. 32:30).

The royal palace in Babylon where King Belshazzar held the feast and Daniel interpreted the handwriting on the wall (Daniel 5).

The royal palace in Susa where Esther was queen of the Persian king Xerxes (Esther 1:2; 2:3, 5, 9, 16).

The royal gate at Susa where Mordecai, Esther’s cousin, sat (Esther 2:19, 21; 3:2, 3; 4:2; 5:9, 13; 6:10, 12).

The square in front of the royal gate at Susa where Mordecai met with Halthach, Xerxes’ eunuch (Esther 4:6).

The foundation of the synagogue at Capernaum where Jesus cured a man with an unclean spirit (Mark 1:21-28) and delivered the sermon on the bread of life (John 6:25-59).

The house of Peter at Capernaum where Jesus healed Peter’s mother-in-law and others (Matt. 8:14-16).

Jacob’s well where Jesus spoke to the Samaritan woman (John 4).

The Pool of Bethesda in Jerusalem, where Jesus healed a crippled man (John 5:1-14).

The Pool of Siloam in Jerusalem, where Jesus healed a blind man (John 9:1-4).

The tribunal at Corinth where Paul was tried (Acts 18:12-17).

The theater at Ephesus where the riot of silversmiths occurred (Acts 19:29).

Herod’s palace at Caesarea where Paul was kept under guard (Acts 23:33-35).

The biblical record has been confirmed through many archaeological excavations,….”

11. It is possible that, as the ‘smart and sophisticated’ among us have posited, that early peoples gazed at the wonders of the universe, and made up God to explain what they saw?

But if that is the case, how to explain the concepts that we know as the Judeo-Christian faith, the order of events in the universe’s creation that just happen to be the same order of events that current science agrees to?

And the amazing import of Genesis 1:26 that epitomized individual’s existence, and the end of slavery?

It would seem we are back to square one….did man create God or the very opposite?

And what I see as dispositive evidence the good-vs-evil theme of the Bible…how is it that today we see, writ large in the Democrat agenda, infanticide, racism, censorship, crime, socialism, and injury to America as well as Americans, serving the interests of the other biblical concept…..the Devil?

Did mankind just happen to come up with the two views that shape our civilization?
