Having worked in a "liberal" govt. setting it's like this, they don't comprehend the cause for things so the effect of their actions is well beyond them.

Yes it repeats daily everywhere. I recently all cash purchased an occupied house at online foreclosure auction in Florida. You don't pay a lot knowing they could destroy the house before you get them out. They think they are getting back at the banker or the tax man who auctioned it off. Plus you have to use deception, carrots & sticks to remove them. I always find their books they leave behind instructing them how to avoid foreclosures & evictions, so they are well educated on how to squat on your property.

The article says that "dozens" of scumballs did it. A nation of 325 million is unlikely to fall because of 100 such cases.

What's questionable is how did the seller get the money so quickly? He should not have received the money until he was out of the house. Ontario laws says that you have to be OUT of the house, BEFORE you get your money. I've had people tryin to pull that bullshit on me and you don't get my money until you're OUT.

This isn't a liber/conservative problem. This is bad lawyering on closing.
