Democrat party is using House of Representatives, on taxpayers dime, to try digging any dirt they can find before the elections begin. That IS real abuse of power, and wasteful spending of our dollars.

The request to IRS for Trumps tax returns violates the law, the same one lefties mentioned above a as argument for tax return release. The use of Committee's authority to access and make public the tax return of single individual for purely political purposes, would not just be a precedent, but would undermine the core intent of the law that protects the privacy of the citizen's returns.

House Dems don't need an excuse to trigger impeachment. They simply float the vote and win by simple majority. Donald does not have to give his personal copies of his returns, the IRS commissioner has to release them upon request, from 1 of 3 different chairmen of House and senate committees in charge of creating tax law and oversight.
