Right after WWII, my parents got me into a summer camp at the ranch owned by Roy Rogers and Dale Evans (who they knew). A very religious couple. But, they too raised goats. Lots and lots of goats. We had goat milk three times a day. Lots of goat cheese. And yes, got meat.

To this day, I won't even come near goat cheese.
