Rainbow flag or not, I'll never excuse the destruction of other people's property.

Freedom of speech means just that. Burning a flag is NOT illegal, If it was someone else's flag it means you get charged with destruction of private property but NOT a hate crime. You can not on one hand say anyone can burn this flag but not that flag.

If this had been a US flag, they'd be talking about his this is a first amendment right. So it's okay to burn the US flag, but a rainbow flag is a hate crime if you b urn it?
