a friend of mine visited Vietnam about a year ago. They are after the almighty
dollar. Right after they gave the commie version about the US war crimes in their makeshift museum, you can fire off rpg and AK47's for US dollars. (that was some kind of Bunker museum)

My friend is a German so I dont know how they react to Americans
these days but he got the impression that communism is on the way
out.The almighty dollar shall convert them.
