Actually, you're using the wrong choice of words. "Communists" are imaginary Smurf-like creatures who live in trees, plant gardens, make things out of bark, and share everything with each other.

The word you're looking for is "Marxists.

Barack Obama, antifa, BLM, Alexandria Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and a large portion of the Biden administration are either dyed in the wool Marxists, or lean toward Marxism. The more hardcore Marxists in Congress also control the more moderate element in the Democrat Party, as well as dictating much of the policies.

This is true but not any economic system reflects that. We already have such a centralized control of the economy. It’s called a mixed economy.

Fascism has nothing to do with communism. There may have been fascist regimes in the past that had communist economies, but that doesn’t mean those terms are the same thing. Nazi Germany had the same type of economy we have now.
