I think it was murder based on the close up videos.
Check the videos, below. He was standing away from ICE. ICE agents came toward him and other demonstrators. The ICE agent pushed a woman. He tried to help the woman. ICE peppered sprayed everyone. The only thing in his hand was a cell phone. ICE took him down. ICE saw he had a gun in his waiste ban and took it away. After taking the gun away, they continued to pound him and eventually shot him multiple times. Is that OK with you?
