ICE isn't running rampant in red states the way it is in MN. This is by design. Trump targets blue states. He wants to provoke a reaction in blue states so he can escalate further. But if ICE shows up in a blue city in a red state (say Austin) with the kind of force and recklessness they have shown in MN, you can bet there will be protesters out there and you can bet ICE will assault them and possibly murder them.
