You do realize it is just a proposal, right? I doubt seriously this plan would see the light of day in it's current form.

Odd reaction from a guy who touted the greatness of Obamacare, which unlike 9-9-9 is LAW and as it turns out, is a complete fraud as the the one piece that was to give us all the big savings, the CLASS act, is now deemed "undo-able".
