Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin accused the United States Monday of living beyond its means "like a parasite" on the global economy and said dollar dominance was a threat to the financial markets.
"They are living beyond their means and shifting a part of the weight of their problems to the world economy," Putin told the pro-Kremlin youth group Nashi while touring its lakeside summer camp some five hours drive north of Moscow.

While Russia is not yet a capitalistic society they are fast moving away from socialism/fascism towards a market economy.
While the US is fast moving towards socialism.
.
Wrong. For the most part Russia won't allow heavy private
control of any natural resources. This includes energy, mining, timber etc. Chile somewhat follows the Russian model (to a point). So does Hugo ( to excess) .
Your resources belong to corporations paying chump change to rent/steal and getting subsidized. It should be done on a percentage of actual profit and go into the coffers of the nation formerly known as the US of A.
You are living under pure fascism and aren't even smart enough to understand the meaning.
