Putin soon to unleash full fury of Russian Army on Ukrainian forces.

Informative objective interview about the politics and current situation on the ground in Ukraine with Col. Douglas MacGregor former Senior Advisor to the Sec. of Defense.
Detailed analysis you'll never hear on the U.S. media.
(new video 18 minutes long)

With the troops he’s sending, they won’t last long.

Long freight trains with dozens and dozens of cars carrying Tanks, artillery, assault vehicles, missile launch systems, supply and support trucks, and a huge amount of ammo and artillery shells, have been pouring into the Russian army's staging areas in eastern Ukraine for weeks.
They will be used in the massive assault to annihilate Ukrainian forces around mid November when the ground freezes, and decisively end the war in Russia's favor.

Will they operate once they get them off the train?

Armor takes a lot of maintenance and Russia lacks the spare parts and maintenance capabilities

Who told you that? ... :dunno:
Russia built the Tanks.
So I'm sure they know how to fix them, and what spare parts to keep in inventory.
And this is good why?

Uncle Pootie Poot gonna kill some moar Ukrainian women and children? What is the end game for his invasion?

A DMZ between Russia and the west and obliteration of the Ukrainian people?

That's what it looks like to me. :dunno:

If you ask me, it's pretty stupid to turn your best farmlands into a DMZ of rubble.

Watch the OP video and Col. Douglas MacGregor answers several of your questions. ...

Russia lacks the supply lines to launch a major offensive
What do you know about this shit, lying on your sofa gobbling up junk-food, drinking as junky beer and occasionally jerking off for the lack of women willing to do the favor?

Does Putin know that is the best retort you are able to come back with?

That's a municipal train, not a freight train. Do notice the electrical lines, pls.

IF the video is recent, and it's in Minsk like the title says, then this train is not going to Eastern Ukraine.

There are no tanks or missiles, and no IFV's or armored assault vehicles. There are 2 command and staff vehicles, a couple mobile kitchens, and a bunch of trucks. A handful of BM-21 Grads and a few BM-27 Uragan MRLS launch vehicles and a couple transloaders.

And a scooby-doo van, There is always a scooby-doo van, lol.

My guess is they will be part of the Russian component of the Regional Group Force with Belarus.

All dated equipment, but it looks refurbished. Fresh paint and new tires, and they're not alll banged up and dirty. There are no invasion markings, but the symbol on the door on the trucks identify them as belonging to the 4th Guards Tank Division.

4th GTD is part of 1st GTA, which is commanding the RGF.

My guess, assuming the video is legit- recruits sent to Belarus as part of the RGF, and they will join the self-propelled artillery regiment of the 4th GTD.

If Putin takes another run at Kiev, these vehicles would be part of it. More likely they will just shoot their rockets from Belarus territory...

Some fair lady in UN said that Russian soldiers are provided with viagra to help them rape Ukrainian women more effectively. Another item in your arsenal of arguments to prove "Russians bad, Americans good", in case you're running out of them.

I just heard that the problem is with sanctions Russia cannot get replacement equipment what I think Rightwinger may be saying in Post 2. They have been given suicide drones by Iran but basically by placing the sanctions on them Russia has no way of getting equipment and hence no way of winning the war. Ukraine will always have the best replacements but Russia will get nothing apart from things like Ukranian drones which won't win the war for them, If true clever trick US.,

So why didn't he do it before then?

Possibly we need to wait and see if this is true.

and if it is, what do people expect will be the US and UK response?

Denmark, Sweden and Germany are working on finding who destroyed Nordstream and if it was the US that will be the end of that relationship.

Yes, sanctions are working
Putin has used up his modern weapons and has no way of repairing or replacing them
