Putin signs nuclear energy deal with Argentina

First Cuba. Now Argentina. He's moving around in our back yard and Dear Leader is doing absolutely nothing about it. And, the US media is all but ignoring it.

Ah well. The left has always decried the Monroe Doctrine, so they should be well pleased with this.
