Now...usually, I take psychology studies that come up with some partisan conclusion, such as "all Republicans are really, really dopey," as just so much psychobabble....but heard this guy, Jonathan Haidt, a social psychologist at the University of Virginia who, until 2009, considered himself a partisan liberal, interviewed, and decided that he hit it out of the park....he's brilliant, insightful, and best of all, correct.

Liberals don’t understand conservative values. And they can’t recognize this failing, because they’re so convinced of their rationality, open-mindedness and enlightenment."
