An ongoing story in the media in Pennsylvania is about a bar fight that occurred recently in the VFW in the Tremendous City of Aliquippa.
The media continues to say the fight was "unprovoked" or even inferring that the fight had something to do with the victim's racial identity.
The one thing that isn't even being mentioned in the media is that the fellow that had his assed kicked in the fight has an easily verified online record of paedophilia- as well as pushing drugs. Assuming that the altercation was "unprovoked" based on the word of the man's children, is journalistic neglect. The victim was apparently no saint, and the VFW should have never served him and should have politely dumpsterized him at worse.
The beating may have been excessive, but this is a far cry from unprovoked.
When is the media going to actually start doing journalism again.
