Actually, its true........The Trumpster administration is proposing to expand the welfare system; HOWEVER, it is a system that gives tons of welfare dollars to millionaires, whose windfall will be subsidized by the poor and middle class citizens in such states as KY, WVA, TN, AL, LA, etc.....and guess WHO those people are and WHERE they live? (hint, NY and CA)
