Property Rights would have saved the Navi

After watching Avatar I realized that if governments protected an individual's property rights the poor navi would have been protected by the government. Instead, we live in a world where one's own property is not protected by the government so it becomes conceivable that a corrupt corporation could get in bed with government to remove the property of the navi in the movie using the full force of the state such as the military.

What a tragedy we have created....
 
Of course history shows that government is the great aggressor against private property.

Just look what happen to the plains indians when our government wanted to build a railroad. It became an unfair judge in all disputes between indians and settlers and sided with any cause that helped to build the railroads and get people out into those states.
