youre skipping over the fact that cons have always held the gun holder responsible,, this is consistent with their standards,, leftist not so much,,"con-servatives are trying to get Balwin because he says mean things about trump".....that's his REAL crime.
and the actor that pointed the gun and pulled the trigger,,Looks like the armouror fucked up big time
Very trueI guess the producer shouldn't have hired inexperienced, unqualified people to handle firearms on his set, huh? Hey, who is the producer on that movie?
Looks like the armouror fucked up big time
Completely ridiculous
I know Conservatives are trying to get Baldwin because he says mean things about Trump
But Baldwin was following established protocols on the set. He was handed a gun that was declared “cold” by two crew members trained to handle weapons.
The scene called for him to shoot directly at the camera
As much as you hate Baldwin, he will not be prosecuted for his actions that day

It does?
Show us
If instead of a 6 shot revolver he is handed a rifle with a 30 round magazine, is he expected to unload the magazine to verify it is full of blanks?
Funny how safety takes a back seat if people agree with someone from Washington or Hollywood. But they minute they do not agree they are all over every little thing that is said or done.
Seems the crew was bringing ammo to the set and loading into the prop guns to do some plinking out in the desertYeah….no. As information has come iut it seems the standard protocols were not followed.

The armourer had cleared the gun before lunch and left it out. Doesn’t appear that she checked it again after lunch.
Same goes for the Assistant Director who just took her word she had checked it and declared it a Cold Gun as he handed it to Baldwin
No one needs to prove intent. Can the OP prove intent,
Depends on the actor, of course.Apparently Baldwin was the producer as well as the actor. This adds another level of responsibility like hiring a competent armorer rather than a 20 something babe who might have had other duties. Lefties want to hold gun makers responsible for crimes but an actor who actually shot and killed somebody gets a pass.
Ummmm..he is ulitimately responsible since it was his MOVIE that he was in charge of not just acting in.Completely ridiculous
