Only the beginning. Judges, media, $1T fraud....current politicians.

I literally linked to the opinion

You've linked to AN opinion, not THE opinion.

So asstruth, what do you think think opinion is even about? Do you have any clue? Any clue at all?

The issue…read the opinion, that’s why i linked it

No dummy, they didn't.

The ruling is about Trump being able to appeal the conviction in a federal court based on possible conflict with Supreme Court ruling on immunity.

It is NOT AT ALL in itself an appeal of the conviction. You've linked it because, as usual, you don't know your face from your ass.

Any two second search would inform you that the appeal process is ongoing.

HAhaa of course it’s about his conviction you idiot

Not me, the circuit court said it

Hence why I linked the opinion

I've clearly explained what that particular opinion is about - Trump being able to appeal in the Federal court, and it is NOT an overturn of the coviction. Trump remains a convicted felon and the appeal process is ongoing.

I can't make you understand it, because you don't seem to WANT to understand anything.

You’ve completely shown a lack of reading comprehension

No AntonToo .... tell us what the second crime was... It does not seem to list it. Seems the sixth amendment was not followed.... "to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation.."

For the second crime to bump the first charge into a felony... it would be listed in the indictment. Anything less is a rigged trial... Trump could not mount a defense if he did not know what the charge was

here it is show us copy and paste please

"Nature of accusation" is commiting the crime of Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree 34 times.

He was not charged with any other crime in this case and was convicted on all those counts.
Let Judge Wilson tell you how obvious a joke the records keeping case was... the Sixth Amendment guarantees that individuals accused of crimes have the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusations against them, ensuring they can prepare an adequate defense. This is a fundamental protection within the American legal system. the was never done until the end of the trial. No where in the indictment was a second crime listed.

AntonToo
"to evade other laws"... what were the other laws? The first charge, record keeping, was only a misdemeanor. Please tell us that "other law" Trump was convicted of breaking that bumped it into a felony.

15th post
Of course it happened.
A kangaroo court of all Democrats.
A partisan Democrat prosecutor.
A partisan state Attorney General who literally campaigned on charging Trump with ... something.
All of it meaningless. Attorneys said the law had never been twisted the way it was for this case. If this joke of a prosecution had been held in, say, Miami or Iowa, Trump would have walked away.

Well, then, he shouldn't have committed his crimes in NY, then.

The problem was, Trump did what he was accused of and tried to pretend he never even had sex with Daniels.

You don't win over a jury by sitting in court and scowling at the witnesses, jury, and judge.

Awwww, Mr. Triggered is whining this morning. :laughing0301:
I don't give a shit.
And the American people obviously didn't give a shit because they re-elected him as President of These Freaking United States, pal.
So you can keep whining and crying and moaning. But what I said was absolutely true. It was a rigged game but the bottom line is that nobody gives a shit, except for triggered little leftists who want to keep beating that dead horse.

Americans already realize putting him back into office was a mistake, as his approval rating is at 35% now.

It's just going to get much, much worse.

That's EXACTLY what it was: a Soviet-style rigged legal system. It was disgusting and had never been used before, which is why it's so dangerous.
And, yes, those who continue to harp on it and defend it are psychopaths. We have a few here.

What we never had was a major party surrending to a complete narcissist, because the few who were brave enough to stand up and say, "This is wrong" got voted out of office. So the same Republicans who cowered under their desks on January 6th voted to acquit him.

Out of curiousity, is there a line of conduct Trump will cross that will finally get you guys to admit you made a mistake.

Or are you just going to pop your head out from the rubble and scream, "Hillary was a Witch!!!" (Or some word we can't use on USMB anymore.)
