Problem with forum on iPad again

Like before, there is another site redirecting away from USMB. See image below.

Regardless of whether I click Cancel or OK, the site is redirected.

Seems that the redirects and scripts could be excluded by USMB. One must wonder why they haven't been.
I tried NoScript, but it misses several and excludes several necessary in order to view the site properly.

It's aggravating, to say the least. It's not fun when I'm reading something and a stupid pop-up, like I posted above, hijacks the thing and sends me elsewhere. I have to 'hard close' to get out of it - something that I should not have to do.
