Everything that I've read has said that classified information was found in her emails - not that she sent it. In fact, every story has been pretty clear that whether the emails originated with her or were sent to her is unknown at this time.

Yes. Mishandled means it wasn't stored in the proper secure place. He had it in his drawer at home.
Clinton had the sensitive (TS) documents on a unsecured server. I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't share it with Blumenthal. But we will never know that, will we?

Petraeus wasn't indicted for keeping classified information "in a drawer".
He was indicted for willfully copying classified information into secret personal notebooks, sharing those notebooks with his mistress, and then lying about them to the DoJ when asked.
