why do you think congress would have the RIGHT to tell the executive when to vacation?

first they'd have to limit their own, anyway.

I don't think congress should try to limit the presidential vacation days. It was a question, not a statement in the OP.

However, I'd say 6 weeks worth a year sounds good to me.
