But there are plenty of men and women who serve in the Military that would never in a million years qualify to do those kind of jobs as well, and this does not disqualify these other citizens from serving their country?

why can't they be judged on their own capabilities and qualifications...? the head Sargent is going to know who is best in the job and will pick the person who is best, no? And if the Sargent believes this transgender person would not hold up under pressure or something like that, which many other people looking for the job may not have the mental stamina or whatever, needed for the job either, would simply be rejected for the position...no?
