It was 1600 miles away.... This boat, was way too small to make it to the USA, and weeks away if they could get the gasoline, AND loaded with 11 people weighing it down instead of the drugs it was supposedly smuggling to the USA...

But having the military just blow a boat out of the water is troubling at best
