Chief of staff needs to be someone who knows congress and the entire operating government in DC inside out along with knowing the political issues, domestic and foreign....Maybe he will appoint Ivanka as his Chief of Staff?As long as we're merely speculating, can Trump attract the talent to make any shakeup worthwhile?
