Just picking out one of many, but when the charitable Foundation has been exposed criminally to be used in coordination with his children in a campaign finance capacity, he'll probably resign.

Because, contrary to popular belief that a sitting president cannot be indicted, the crime occurred before he was president, and the money was used illegally to obtain that office. He will have to resign.
