In a way the implications of the Epstein List is that perhaps "Military Tribunals" may be the only way to arrest certain high level billionaires who went quite far into the darkness?

But President Trump could in theory do Military Tribunals for the highest profile people on the Epstein List without declaring full fledged "martial law."
