The rule for DAs is NOT to bring charges unless they believe they have a solid, strong case that they could and would get a guilty verdict from a jury.....The DA wouldn’t go to a Grand Jury to seek a misdemeanor charge. He is o vioualy aeeking a felony charge. It is simply unclear which one or ones he has in mind. And it’s silly to assume that anything will legally work.

Why would any non disclosure agreement be needed for telling everyone in a written statement the affair never happened?
Why pay her $130,000 in Hush Money? Donald Trump is a penny pincher with his money...he doesn't even pay all of his contractors what is due.... I doubt Trump pays $130,000 in cash, for this, if it could not be proven as true because it didn't happen crap.

The campaign run and 2016-2020 Trump built up A LOT of crimes that he couldn't be charged with due to running for president and being president.... That's where the problem lies with the back up and, Everything, Everywhere, All at once appearance....we see now.
