So it has been admitted that Biden is discussing preemptive pardons. The only such pardon I know of in American history was for former President Nixon, and that was a unique reason for doing so.

Any such pardons are an admission that these people were involved in lawfare, such as Jack Smith, and lies, such as Liz Cheney.

More disdain for America should Biden act on such preemptive pardons, and such pardons would e of questionable impact and would end up in the Supreme Court.

It also proves that Merrick Garland and Chris Wray had no interest in enforcing actual law, but rather rigged FBI and DOJ to do the exact opposite. Both are traitors.

Biden has been a wrecking ball to the democrat party since the threw him overboard.

I'll bet he pardons all the people who are innocent...but know everything...so they can't plead the 5th when called to testify against the guilty.

GO JOE GO! :laughing0301:

I would love to hear the spin from the administration if he actually did it. I'm issuing pardons foe some people who were never charged with or convicted of any crime but at some point, somewhere might be at some time by someone so they will be protected for something that might or might not happen at some point some time. That would be Kamala level word salad.

Think he will pardon PencilNeck Schiff? And Pig Pelosi?

I think if he tries it will get challenged in court and the first question a competent judge will ask is what is the crime they committed you are issuing the pardon for.
Schiff? Lying to Congress. Pelosi? Insider Trading.

Lying to Congress 90 percent of those in Congress would need a pardon if he gave one to Pelosi that would be more of an FU to her for helping put the knife in his back and give the impression she broke the law rather she did or not.

True. But Skank Pelosi was the worst Speaker ever. "Pass it now. We can read it Later". That is no way to Legislate.

fyi- That's not quite what happened, and not the truth.... Who was she speaking to, what was asked?... the context is important, so not to deceive....Try researching it, outside of your media circle...
I believed the rumor initially too! Until I researched it.....

I don't believe in preemptive pardons.... The justice system will hold up, without them....imo.

The Constitution is crystal clear on pardons. You don't have a case as much as you think you do. In fact, did you know that if lie about someone on the floor of the House or Senate you cannot be held responsible for slander?

Pelosi was schooled in England as a guest in their political meetings from a politician that does not agree with socialist communist ways and showed her true self in response.

Let's dig up all the threads where Democrats insisted that accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt.

Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt.

No, I mean like legally. By accepting a pardon, you are admitting guilt.

Getting and accepting a pardon entails an admission of guilt.

Accepting a pardon is a tacit admission of guilt.

Unfortunately in order for a pardon to exist, something wrong MUST have been done, else there would be nothing to pardon.

Biden would not pardon Hunter anytime soon. Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt.

Don't worry. Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt.

Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt. (Burdick v. US)
The innocent dont need a pardon

The court says it is

How can you be pardoned for something you didn’t do?

Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt .

Isn't accepting a pardon essentially an admission of guilt? That is what the Supreme Court said in Burdick v. U.S. in 1915. In essence the court stated that a pardon “carries an imputation of guilt”

accepting a pardon = admission of guilt.

Let's see how quickly they change their tune. :eusa_whistle:
