You realize you just posted a link to the same document, but a different picture (with different lighting), with no shadow across the area of the embossed/notary seal it is clearly visible.

Fallacy of hasty generalization. You have demonstrated that it CAN BE POSSIBLE for the indentations to appear in a photograph. But that does not mean that such MUST be visible in a photograph if they exist. It does not mean that it is not possible for such indentations to exist, yet be undetectable when photographed. Using your method of reasoning, we would have to conclude that because ONE black person commits a crime ALL black people are criminals.

In support of the fact, I offer a new picture I have been able to find. I'll take this opportunity to concede that I was wrong about the placement of the notary seal.

I find the whole controversy over Obamas Birth certificate almost a Right wing conspiracy to spark some sort of contest to have him possibly removed, when it is known very well that He is An American citizen. Conservatives dont really care WHERE he was born, they just plain out dont like the man for "what he is".

It wasn't a republican that started this. It was a democrat.

My problem is more or less not with who Started the controversial lie, but with whom is keeping it going.
