Fact is, this is the dirty little secret of the left. They feel that the worst disease on the planet is the human race. The only way to cut down on CO2 is reduce the number of people through abortions, vaccinations, and government control of health care, deciding who gets proper care and who doesn't.

In all fairness, it isn't just the Democrats. When push comes to shove, in the halls in international policy making, the corporatist Republicans support the internationist agenda as well. They are funded by the same global elites. Hell, the meme you posted has George Bush Sr. picture in it.

Read about Agenda 21. It wouldn't be possible without cooperation from local Republican governors and politicians as well. It is initiated and put in place via federal mandates. If they want federal money, they need to adopt Agenda 21 protocols.

It isn't a partisan issue. It is a sovereignty issue versus an elites issue. The global elites, the big powerful interests don't care about partisan political philosophy. They believe it is their birthright to lord over the masses in centrally located, centralized power structures that rule the whole planet. They believe the Constitution and local control is anachronistic. That is all there is to it.
