Due to the global impact of the USA's corruption, I have to place it much higher on the scale. She may not be number one, but she's got to be in the top 10. Especially under the current administration.

As one might expect, more Republicans than democrats view the government to be corrupt as the DNC seems to have a greater cult following. They are true believers

But this also shows that, although Americans are wiling to view Congress as corrupt over all, they still think their representative is able to overcome most of it.

Still, Americans are much more positive in their assessment of their own member of Congress. Twenty-two percent of Americans say their own member of Congress is corrupt, while 67% say this person is not corrupt. These results have shown only modest fluctuation in the three times it has been asked.
