That should be FORCED or MANDATED "diversity".

Diversity itself, alone, is not harmful.......because if any society is left alone to govern itself, everybody does their part to make that society work well.

It's been proven many times over by social scientists and psychologists.

It's a very interesting subject to research.

Does it always work for the better? Nothing does.
But more often that not, any society that does not have any kind of formal government works better without one.
