In math, when you add two finite numbers, you can divide the sum to get the average between them. In politics, add two opposites and the result is often the worse of the two originals.
2. But today’s polemic is about the huge mistake both sides made about Communist China. FDR, pro-communist, helped create it, and Nixon anti-communist, gave it entrée into the world economy.
The result: our most dangerous enemy.
3. Let’s begin by naming Communist China as our most dangerous enemy There are two understandings necessary: the first is China’s ultimate goal and belief that China’s rightful place is in the position of leader of the world, and to gain that position requires the destruction of the United States. Second, China will lie at every opportunity about accommodation with the West.
4. FDR allowed his inamorata, Stalin, materials and technology to built an atomic bomb. The result was Stalin’s auspices in a Korean War.
Major George Racey Jordan was in charge of expediting materials to the USSR during WWII. He testified before Congress that materials and instructions to build that atomic bomb were sent. Jordan had proof that the orders he received from the White House insisted that everything requested be sent....priority! Even ahead of material the US army needed.
And the result, a disaster for America. On April 5, 1951, Judge Irving R. Kaufman sentenced the Rosenbergs to death for theft of atomic secrets, and, resulted in "the communist aggression in Korea, with the resultant casualties exceeding 50,000 and who knows but that millions more of innocent people may pay the price of your treason." Judge Kaufman's Sentencing Statement in the Rosenberg Case
It is clear today, based on archival evidence, unearthed by researchers in Russia and released in the United States, that Kaufman was correct. "Absent an atomic bomb, Stalin would not have released Pyongyang's army to conquer the entire Korean peninsula. Confident that his possession of atomic weapons neutralized America's strategic advantage, Stalin was emboldened to unleash war in Korea in 1950." Haynes, Klehr, and
Vassiliev, "Spies: The Rise and Fall of the KGB in America," p. 143, 545. And Romerstein and Breindel,"The Venona Secrets," p. xv, 253.
5 Liberals should have loved Richard Nixon.
The Nixon administration gives stark acknowledgement that 'Republican" is not the same as 'conservative.' Nixon, rather than adhering to 'limited government,' presided over a regulatory revolution from '70 to '74 that included OSHA, The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the EPA, the United States Environmental Protection Agency
"The Supreme Court's decision in Griggs v Duke Power in 1971, followed by congressional legislation in 1972 gave the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) expanded authority to oversee employers employment practices. Combined, OSHA, the EPA, and the EEOC affected virtually every workplace. It was also during the Nixon years that the slope of federal spending on social and economic programs turned sharply upward." Charles Murray, "By The People," p.6.

And we see today how bo their charges against Nixon were, as they ignored Obama's spying on the opposition.
6. A ‘big government Republican Nixon….a RINO.
And Richard Nixon was far, far more the civil rights warrior than the Democrat Party.
And, like so many on the Left, he did not understand the only way of dealing with the Left. And he invited China into the world community in the hopes they would change.
The lesson?
No aid should be given to any entity that cannot first prove it’s values copacetic with Western values.
By adding the mistaken efforts of both parties, world peace and stability has been subtracted.
1.Since Democrats and their state media lie about everything, the claims of compromise are rarely that. Take the Clinton claim about abortion: Then, it was 'abortion should be safe, legal, and rare.
“Democratic politicians used to say abortions should be rare. Here’s how that changed…. By 2016, Hillary Clinton had changed her message, saying only that abortion should be “safe and legal.” https://www.vox.com/2019/10/18/20917406/abortion-safe-legal-and-rare-tulsi-gabbard
