She's banning what books ? Oh the ones when they are read or shown in front of a school board meeting, and the school board immediately calls for the arrest and removal of the reader along with the book, and it's all because the content is actually illegal, and so it can't be presented legally to kid's by the current laws on the books ????

Yeah tell us oh wise one, exactly why you think book banning should be illegal, otherwise when the content of the book contributes to the delinquency of a minor ?????? They are illegal books if caught presenting them by adults to children, otherwise to then have the children read them as if they aren't illegal. People right now should be going to jail for the distribution of illegal reading materials that have been purposely allowed in school libraries and in public libraries.
Hell the materials aren't even legal for adults to possess, much less pushing them into the children.
