Every individual has something to offer civilized society regardless of their skin color, but it depends on their choices and character in which they choose to exhibit in every situation encountered in life. Not a game of numbers, but more a recognition of individual talent and character. One act of good can account for a multitude of good that follows. We must recognize all efforts and good when it raises it's head, and this regardless of the body the head resides upon.
