Police Called On Man For Taking His Daughters In An Empty Women's Restroom

He said he saw the point the older man made, and the cops said they saw the dads point.

The father of the children was correct. Had a woman showed up, he could have asked her to take charge.
Or that woman could've waited for him to be done with his kids. A smart parent will not place their children into the hands of a complete and total stranger.

God bless you and the man and his kids always!!!

P.S. When I was a little kid, my dad would take me into the men's room with him.

The malcontent FAFO. He's been fired

Man fired by firm after viral video shows him scolding dad for taking young daughters into women's restroom

Good! Shame on him for scaring the girls like that!! 😡

Normally I'm against men being in the women's restroom but this is ridiculous. It was empty and his girls are little. That's called being a father.
The normal thing to do is bring the daughters into the men's room.

That's what most of us dads do.

Men's restrooms have stalls also. I used to see many a father take his small daughter into the mens room and into a stall to take care of a call of nature. Haven't seen it lately, due to the family restrooms in most places in which families with small children would go. In the rare times when a dad must get his daughter to the restroom, that seems a far better idea.

I guess this is reason number three thousand six why an intact family with male and female co-parents are the best plan for children.

The other option would have been to ask a nearby woman to notify any females wanting to enter that bathroom that a little girl is in there accompanied by dad for her safety.

The solution this dad came up with wasn't horrible and certainly did not warrant police action, but it was not the best solution.

If any business allows males to use the female restroom for any reason, a sign should be posted prominently on the door.

EDIT: I just watched the video. Apologies for not doing it before ever replying.

That being a gas station restroom changes my mind.

I would hope that the women's restroom is not as filthy as I have found men's restrooms to be which seems to have been the dad's reasoning. A typical gas station restroom is very small, so it would be easy to determine it was empty and any inconvenience to a waiting woman would have been minimal and reasonable. It wasn't like he was holding up entry to a high-traffic, thirty-stall restroom at Buck-ee's

Good OP, ChristisKing! Stick with Foxnews for a while, I advise you. The TDS media is a bad influence unless consumed with a great amount of skepticism.

I just watched a video from the father about the situation. From my understanding, the father had taken is little girls into an empty men's restroom and this one guy was pissed off because he wanted to use the restroom and didn't want to wait for the family to be finished and called the police to report nefarious activity when there wasn't any.

Yeah, but I saw nothing wrong with this either. Especially since the women's restroom was empty. I also forgot to add that I'm glad that he was documenting the incident on video. It not only showed that he was telling the truth, but if the other guy had punched him he would have a legal case. Which he should have already for abuse of 911.
