I'm about 250 miles north of Chicago and it's -12 right now. It's going to get down to -17 tonight with a high of 2 degrees tomorrow. It actually got up to a balmy 10 degrees today.

Here in western Pennsylvania, its 10 degrees now and going down to a forecasted 7 degrees.

Considering what others are going through, it makes it sound summer like.

I moved here from Texas 18 years ago. It took a couple years to get used to the cold and find the right clothes for it. Dressing in layers and wearing Merino wool socks keep you toasty down to 30 below.
