An atmosphere of a planet is not an open system. It is rigid on one side and force constrained on the other. Nice try....

In a tire and in an atmosphere. When you warm an atmosphere, as the Sun does with Mars, it expands out because of the force known as heat, and that same force pushes every direction including down, and that increases air pressure, including surface air pressure, as the skateboard on Mars proves.
