Philippine Foreign Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr., the nation’s most powerful diplomat, told Beijing to “get the **** out” of Manila’s sovereign territory within the South China Sea on Sunday.


“China, my friend, how politely can I put it? Let me see… O… GET THE **** OUT,” Locsin wrote in a statement posted to his official Twitter account on May 2.
