well the dude who was mexican was driving erratically and when the cop pulled him over he pointed a knife at them from inside his car and he was told to put it down r get shot and he ddint and got shot/. it was ruled justified and not enough proof to say other wise.

and of course here come the minoritties looting and rioting

Charges to be re-filed.
they were dismissed its double jeapoardy otherwise., case was thrown out and dismissed. yeah after judged dismised it. mexicans side judge filed a motion to recharge as last resort. no t gonig to work. what the judge says goes., judge says its justified its justified. i doubt the motion will work. motion is differnt then an actual refiling.

If we started whacking more criminals for being criminals, then we would have less crime.

This looks like a trigger-happy cop who should not be on the force. However, the family's quest for "justice" may be influenced by the fact that a conviction would make their civil suit for damages worth a lot more.

You don't understand the concept. Not that I'm surprised.
This says it all right here, faggot:

"filed by District Attorney Larry Krasner, a Democrat and longtime civil rights lawyer who has clashed with police since taking office in 2018."

Democrat Commie Shitlords.

Charges are dismissed and reinstated all the time for many reasons. It's a part of the system. If the officer had been found innocent, then refiling the charges would be double jeopardy.
