My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families and everybody affected by the tragedies in Philly and DC. I am very heartbroken for the families of the three soldiers who died in the crash in DC. Thank you for making the ultimate sacrifice! All the people onboard were Mexicans. It’s a Mexican aircraft. It was headed to Mexico.
It’s likely due to poor maintenance
The same company that does these flights had a previous fatal plane crash in southern Mexico last year.

Very well could be. I heard it was a Learjet 55 which is an older aircraft 55 ft long and 45 feet wide.
They have also said they are not that easy to fly. The video shows a streaking plane plowing straight into the ground. Seems to me they were disoriented and thought they were flying level.

probably already stated but the lear 55 they claim was the plane has been out of production since 1993 so the plane was 32 year old or older
you can do all the inspections you like but eventually old stuff breaks and usually at the worst times
were they so poor they could not have a newer more modern plane?
