Learjet 55. Crashed after taking off. Probably full of fuel, my guess. The 'ring' video shows something streaking from the sky and and a huge explosion. It was a MediVac plane. Still developing though.

I just read a story on an Air Ambulance pilot who crashed in Hawaii and, of course, took a couple passengers with him and the entire time he was flying he lied about his qualifications and it caught up to him one day. The company he worked for was forced to close as they had a history of accidents.

A small medevac jet crashed near the Roosevelt Mall in Philadelphia, PA., on Friday, causing a massive explosion that lit up the night sky and set multiple homes ablaze, according to reports and video.
A Learjet 55 carrying two passengers had just departed from Northeast Philadelphia Airport and was headed to Springfield-Branson National Airport in Missouri when it crashed around 6:30 p.m., the Federal Aviation Administration told The Post.
